WHO WE ARE

Billy Jenks, is a lawyer who has advised athletes since 2017.

He has always considered it paramount that footballers fully understand the industry and the agreements they enter. The Portal was created with this in mind.

Billy works closely with a select list of clients to protect and advance their immediate and longer-term interests.

Parth Gupta, is a final-year Economics student at UCL, who joined The Portal in 2024.

He is extremely knowledgeable about academy football, as the founder of “The Chelsea Spot” - an online platform focusing on Chelsea FC’s best youth talent

Parth advises and works with players, parents, agents, analysts, and clubs.
